SERVICE FEES
The Savi Centre offers a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation to help determine whether our services are the right fit for your current concerns. This initial call provides an opportunity for a brief discussion to clarify needs and explain the assessment process. If we don’t believe that we’re the right fit, we’ll let you know and suggest alternative services.
Assessment fees at The Savi Centre vary depending on the specific referral question, the types of measures required, and the total time involved.
Fees are generally as follows:
Psychoeducational Assessment - $4600
Adult ADHD/Autism Assessment - $3200
Psychodiagnostic Assessment - $2500-$3500
If possible, direct billing with your insurance company will be arranged. Otherwise fees are typically payable via a credit card, which is kept on file and charged after each session. A more precise cost estimate will be provided following the initial phone consultation. Fees include the report and the feedback session.
Consultations with other professionals are billed at $50 per 15 minutes.
Letters and forms outside of the assessment report can be completed at the rate of $50 per 15 minutes. Fees are associated with the review of reports and other documentation.
The Savi Centre will bill insurance directly when possible. If your insurance is not accepted through direct billing, receipts are provided to submit for reimbursement. Many extended health insurance plans cover psychological services provided or supervised by a registered psychologist. Check with your plan to see what is covered.
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If notice is not given, the full session fee will be charged to cover the reserved time. Exceptions may be made for emergency situations.
